after / time is thrilled to announce Northwest Pedagogies, a group exhibition curated by V Maldonado. 

Featuring seven emerging contemporary artists with artistic and pedagogical roots in the Pacific Northwest, after / time Director of Public Programming & creative_research_lab, V Maldonado, is curating an exhibition that brings their respective practices and art-pedagogical approaches together to form a vital and challenging conversation. This exhibition and accompanying creative_research_lab public programming is inspired by a desire to engage with emerging contemporary artists and to support them directly by providing exhibition space and community resources for their projects.

Northwest Pedagogies is a group exhibition showcasing the work of contemporary artists as creative researchers. This exhibition considers creative and research practices as a means towards lifelong learning and community building. Each artist brings their unique lived experiences and imaginations to help guide us today.
